By using connect&vouch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
connect&vouch is a referral platform that allows users ("vouchers") to share referral links for products and earn commissions when people sign up through those links. Brands list their products and pay commissions on verified conversions.
You must be 18 or over to use connect&vouch and receive earnings. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
Commissions are tracked via webhook events fired by brands when conversions occur. connect&vouch retains 20% of each commission as a platform fee. The remaining 80% is credited to your wallet. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and identity verification. Payout functionality is in development and will be enabled when Stripe Connect integration is complete.
Brands are responsible for firing accurate conversion webhooks. Fraudulent or incorrect events that result in incorrect payouts may be reversed. Brands must comply with our brand guidelines and must not use the platform to promote prohibited categories including MLM, cryptocurrency speculation, gambling, or adult content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or bring the platform into disrepute.
connect&vouch is provided as-is. We are not liable for loss of earnings, data, or any indirect damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
